Today I began a deeper recognition of the topic of death. Buddhists learn about death as it is important to understand that transition in the stages of the cycle.
I figured that this will be my diary of feelings, questions and memories. For reflection and record.
No day but today is my favorite song from RENT, favorite performance by Idina Menzel and the theme of my recent focus.
I have to find strength from somewhere other than inside myself to help balance the upcoming months, years...however it will be. I have tried to record life in writing before and it trails off. It may be sporadic as situations arise but my dedication is present.
Here's to learning what I can from the path my life has hopped upon.
The Flawless Place Between: a book about death. To learn a view, a translation, a perspective. One day and the book has ended. Visions stamped into my memory. I will re-read it someday. Will it bring solice? Anything is possible.
